Silence

   I silence we scream all the pain we cannot take

   In silence we grieve emotions we cannot fake.

        I silence we live lives we cannot make

        I silence we whisper prayers we cannot 

                       forsake.

   Like in silence love brew anger

   Like in silence trust brew hate

          Like in silence faith brew questions

          Like in silence we nurse our intentions.

  If silence could be heard then you would hear

                      me scream 

 If silence could be seen, then you would see

                     me dream

  If silence could be felt, then maybe you would

                      cry

 If silence would be braced, then maybe you

                    would not ask why.

 Yes in silence things do happen by its own time

                    and will

      Debt will be collected and toll will be paid

 Yes in silence things would wait was time

                    stood still.
